Accessibility Information
1. General description of the service
ClipToss is a browser-based web app for encrypted sharing of text, links, code, and small files between two devices. Pairing happens through a QR code or a one-time link and ends automatically after a short period.
2. How the service works
Users open cliptoss.com on two devices, pair those devices, and can then send or receive content directly in the browser. Important usage, security, and privacy functions are intended to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
3. Accessibility measures in place
- Semantic page structure with main content, navigation, footer, and a skip link.
- Keyboard-accessible core flows including pairing, cookie settings, and the feedback dialog.
- Improved color contrast in key calls to action and clearly labeled interactive elements.
- Status and error messages with supporting ARIA roles for screen readers.
- Security and authentication functions without device tokens in URLs.
4. Conformance status
We continuously improve ClipToss toward the requirements of the German BFSG, the BFSGV, and established web standards such as WCAG 2.2 AA. Core flows are reviewed and improved on a regular basis.
Some older content pages or rarely used edge cases may still need refinement. If you encounter a barrier, we appreciate your feedback.
