1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the ClipToss web app. ClipToss is intended for short transfers between your own or intentionally paired devices.
2. Service description
The core service is free, public, and usable without an account. It is for short text, links, codes, passwords, or small files. ClipToss is not cloud storage, not a backup service, and not a password manager.
3. Usage limits
For security and stability, size limits, short session times, rate limits, and abuse protection may apply. Content must be lawful and must not contain malware.
4. Privacy and responsibility
ClipToss intentionally reduces data retention. Users remain responsible for choosing suitable content, target devices, and recipients. Sensitive content should be transferred only intentionally and briefly.
5. Availability and liability
Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Liability is governed by statutory law.
